   Yes, funnel cake that tastes like orange chicken. But yes, I’ve eaten lots of good stuff since then.

   @gastronomer: I think they call anything fried and sugary here a beignet. The weird thing is that it was sitting next to the actual traditional beignets. I wasn’t into it, but it was so pretty.
